It’s an image, so you could replace the image urls with blue bubbles but I’m not sure where to get an image like that

What part of your blog looks different? Sometimes there is a delay when you save your blog to when it shows up. And it shows differently in different browsers because certain codes don’t always work in all browsers and some just look different

Try making the z-index for BOTH #tab1 and #tab2 smaller
